Lately I've been getting a few enquiries about online coaching and I thought this blog post might answer some frequently asked questions about what exactly it entails. So let me try explain what online coaching 


Why Eoin Scullion Health & High Performance? 

I’ve helped a lot of my clients transform the way they look and feel about themselves. Every client is different and I tailor everything to the individual based on the initial assessment, their current situation and rapport I build with them. I’m in the business of making people feel good about themselves and getting results through careful and precise coaching. 

Who is it for? 

Online Coaching is for those who have minimum 1 year of experience training in the gym, males or females aged between 21 and 40 that want to look good naked and feel confident, strong and disciplined for a lifetime. My program will give you the tools to achieve this through using strength training, conditioning protocols and mindset coaching. 

What is it?

Online Coaching is guidance, accountability and coaching towards their dream body and lifestyle. I will write you a bespoke training program and nutritional guidance plan to reach your goals in a timely but sustainable way. We communicate through Whatsapp and all programming is pushed through an app on your phone. You get the flexibility to train whenever you want and still be supported by an experienced coach. 

How does it work? 

We have a phone call, discuss where you’re at currently, where you’d like to be in 3-6 months time and if I can help you, I will offer to help you. (If I can’t help you, I will know somebody that can). I devise a plan tailored to your needs and deliver this through an app and all programming gets pushed to the app on your mobile phone. We then check in 2-3 times a week to ensure you’re on track. I make myself available and approachable at all times to support you.
